Usage and Attitude Studies

Future Marketing conducts usage and attitudes (U&A) studies to understand the basic characteristics of a buyer dynamics. Through our U&A studies we monitor product awareness in the market, current consumer behavior and habits as well as attitudes towards brands and products.

Product and Concept Testing

Through our product and concept tests we offer our clients information on attributes that increase satisfaction and drivers for consumer preference of one product over another. According to clients needs we also assess product or concept performance in all phases of the product life cycle.

Price Sensitivity

We provide research reports that relate price perception and sensitivity to likelihood of purchase using quantitative research techniques, asking questions about interest in the product and propensity to purchase. 

Customer Satisfaction

We have in-house capabilities to design and conduct customer satisfaction survey programs, including collecting the data (face-to face, by telephone, Internet and mail), analyzing the results and providing them in a customized format according to your needs. We propose two types of programs:

  • Transaction based customer satisfaction survey, which specifically improves customer service or sales representative performance within the organization
  • Relationship-based customer satisfaction survey if there is a direct and frequent contact with the customer
